Our mission is to provide transportation services that strengthen healthcare operations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and operational excellence.
Through our affiliated company, The Dispatch Negotiator, we also provide professional freight dispatching, transportation administration, and back-office support services for owner-operators and motor carriers.

Executive Director — Healthcare Logistics & Transportation Operations
Angelia Reed leads XOXO Logistics & Transportation with a focus on compliance-driven operations and service reliability for healthcare clients. Since founding the company in 2019, she has built its transportation programs around the standards hospitals, laboratories, and pharmacies expect from their clinical partners.
Her work spans route engineering, driver credentialing, chain-of-custody procedure development, and contract-level service design. She oversees operations across Arizona and Texas and directs partnership and procurement relationships with health systems and government agencies.
